I had good 1 night in this hotel that's why I liked that. Got a double room with 1 king bed as well as a pull out couch as expected. The shuttle to the airport was a great perk and breakfast was included. Magnificent and convenient location close to Underground. A mall and a market were right next door.

The hotel was gorgeous and perfect, and the staff were accommodating, loved the incredible location close to Michigan Avenue and so many great restaurants. The breakfast was included and consisted of eggs, pastries and yogurt. We easily caught the bus very close to the property at State & Ontario bus station.

The staff were very nice helpful and the restaurant was terrific. There was lots of amazing options for continental breakfast. Had an exceptional experience staying at the king room. Their service was excellent too. The beach was clean. Moreover, chicago style pizza and other places worth exploring were a few steps away from the hotel.

check in was early, i liked super buper location and nice quiet rooms. the food was so much delicious and there were lots of dishes in the menu. such big suite and very comfy bed. always clean place and exceptional service. there was an outstanding restaurant, stores and a market next door.
